I opened pallete before a lecture and had a board ready in seconds. I used sticky notes for the main ideas, arrows to connect them, and everything was still there when I came back the next day.

I used pallete to walk my class through a process without asking anyone to make an account. I shared the link, used the laser pointer for the tricky parts, and the same board was still there afterwards.

Our group planned a project on the mind map template and added screenshots of the brief. We exported the board file so everyone had the full copy, then used a PNG in our final write-up.

I like that I can rough out a diagram with the pen, then tidy it up with shapes and text. Turning on snap to grid keeps the boxes in line, and I can use the marker to highlight the final version.

For revision, I build one board per topic with shapes, short notes and pasted diagrams. Zooming out shows the whole subject at once, and I can export a clean PNG when I need it for my notes.

I keep a board for each subject, rename them as the term goes on, and move between them from the board library. Exporting a board file means I can reopen my notes if I switch computers.
